Registration

For Existing/Returning Students to Fort Morgan Middle School: 

Online registration MUST BE COMPLETED before Thursday, August 1st, through your Parent Portal. 

Final in-person registration will be on August 1st for those who have completed their online registration. The student must be present for a photo, and a $25 registration fee is due at this time.

New Students to Fort Morgan Middle School:

Please come to the middle school at 605 Education Avenue in Fort Morgan on Wednesday, July 31st. You can arrive between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM. Bring your middle school student(s) with you.

If you haven't completed the Online Application, assistance will be available. If you have completed it, please bring your application number, which you received in a confirmation email.

Your student(s) will be scheduled for a placement test that day, which will take approximately 1 hour. Please bring birth certificates and immunization records for your student(s). You can bring either the original documents or copies, and we can make copies for you.

There is a $25 registration fee for all middle school students, payable by card, cash, or check.

Additionally, you will need to bring your student(s) back to the middle school the next day, Thursday, August 1st, to take their school pictures and receive a welcome packet.
